Function Room Rules

You can gain access 2 hours before your function starts, please ensure when booking balloons & numbers etc that the people you are booking with are aware of this. 

There is parking  at the side of the building & the car park opposite,  guests can park here & also on the main road, please ask your guests not to park outside the neighbours at the back.

Please be respectful of the neighbours when leaving the building.

No confetti whatsoever, or cannons.

You are NOT permitted to bring your own alcohol to the function, anyone caught with their own alcohol will be asked to leave immediately

Please make sure your DJ has all their own equipment, table and extension lead.

Please make sure your balance is paid a month before your function.

You’re more than welcome to bring your own food,  but please make sure you take everything with you as we cannot leave food overnight on the premises.

Last orders is at Midnight & the music has to be switched off. 

If you have children at your event or using the beer garden you will have to be on plastic glasses. 

Djs can set up 2 hours before your function starts & they will need to bring all their own equipment including a table, and an extension lead and music has to be off by midnight.

We have a recommended list of balloons & prop businesses that we use, if you’re using your own balloons  or balloon people they can gain access 2 hours before your function starts.

We have 10 tables on the top tier a mixture of round, rectangle and square.

The top tier seats around 48-54 chairs, you can have an additional 2/3 tables on the bottom tier if needed.

Please ensure the props are collected the same day or night or before 10am the following day anything left over and not collected by the following day will be left outside.

Please make sure your balloon company have a PAT Tested certificate and Public Liability Insurance in place before they set up at our venue (Proof is required)

If you bring your own food or use outside catering please ensure any left over food gets taken or thrown away and any trays, dishes, cutlery etc is collected by 10am the next day or we will have to throw them away as were not responsible for cleaning and storing any left over items.
